Veggie Ribz – Sweet & Smoky BBQ

Alright we know what you’re thinking. Vegan ribz?! Ludicrous – what smoke and mirrors have they used to create these? Well actually they’re made with our tempeh – cultured soya beans – and our sweet and smokey sauce. So yeah there is smoke involved. But no mirrors we promise – just pulses and probiotics.

Original Tempeh

Our original tempeh block is made using our ancient Indonesian recipe. It’s our pride and joy and is delicious when served in curries, stir frys or even salads. We recommend marinating in soy sauce and a dashing of sriracha.

Chickpea Tempeh

The ancient tempeh recipe we follow is traditionally made with soy, but we tried it with some lovely chickpeas because we’re mavericks like that. It’s great sliced into salads. We recommend cutting into slices and frying until golden.

Black Bean Tempeh

The ancient tempeh recipe we follow is traditionally made with soy, but we tried it with some tender black beans – perfect for burritos. We recommend marinating in barbeque sauce.
