Flourless Pumpkin Muffins (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a food processor , combine all the ingredients except the cranberries. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the cranberries and pulse a few more times until they are well mixed.
  4. Spoon batter into lined muffin cups .
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool before removing from the pans.
