It is our human failure that we seek pleasure seeing animals in captivity at circuses, zoos, dolphinariums, rodeos, and bullfighting arenas. When we teach children it is okay to enslave animals for human entertainment, we fail to inculcate the ideas of freedom, equality, compassion, and justice, the essential requirement for world peace.
Human Zoos Оur Sad, Forgotten History.
I write this post in order to introduce to all who until now did not know that not so long ago, from the 15th century to the middle of the 19th century.
The European societies developed a weird habit of exhibiting exotic human “specimens” in Paris, London or Berlin for the interested crowd. Not just the Africans, hundreds of indigenous people that also included Moors, Tartars, Indians, and Turks were shipped and put on display for white Westerners to view. These ethnological expositions or Negro Villages were called as Human Zoos also known as ethnological exhibitions. These were public exhibitions of PEOPLE.
Usually, people were exposed to their natural or “primitive” condition. They were exposed in cages in order to emphasize the cultural differences between Europeans from Western civilization and non-European nations or with other Europeans who practiced a way of life that has been considered more “primitive” In addition, these are the advertising posters for Human Zoo’s posters in Stuttgart, Germany, France, and Belgium.
Why do I share this? This was only 90 years ago. Now we are ashamed of ourselves reading these facts
We will also be ashamed of the atrocities and cruel violence that we are committing to animals. Only this time will not pass 90 years, it will be very soon. Future generations will be ashamed of us and will have to apologize to the animals on our behalf and in the name of the entire human civilization.

Prepare brown rice, instead of the normal white rice, also exchange your white bread with the brown one. Include every type of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Popcorns can be great for snacks, however, remember to avoid butter or cheese because there you will get the most of the cravings. Chickpea and Chia Seeds are high in proteins and iron and is a great ingredient for your body. Beans also are included in the healthy diet and make a delicious dish. You can try various recipes with the nutritious food items to maintain its intake without getting tempted towards junk food. Junk food items are called stomach fillers as they curb your hunger but not the body hunger that requires plant-based and healthy food to maintain its glucose level and growth.
Drink lots of water to flushes all the toxins from your body making you look young and beautiful and also save yours from stomach and indigestion problems. A choice is yours whether you wish to eat healthy vegan products now and stay young and energetic till the end or fall prey to various health hazards. Today with the hectic lifestyle, your body demands more of nutritious food for it to survive. Do not ignore your body needs as it will make you repent in your near future. Love yourself and make it a habit to purchase only vegan foodstuff so that you always find healthy items at home. Choosing a healthier living with vegan diet will make a positive change in your life and you would spend each moment with more energy and zeal.
